James Waddington is an accomplished operations executive having spent the last 14 years in various operational management roles within the licensed trade sector.

His early career was spent with the Devonshire Pub Company Ltd as a site manager, after which he spent seven years in a variety of management roles at Honeycomb Leisure Plc. This has given him hands on experience of managing individual pubs and as an area manager he was responsible for the management of a portfolio of 12 sites.

Most recently James has headed up the operations at a national pub management company. Here he was responsible for a portfolio of up to 100 trading sites and an estate of 40 tenanted units for a leading administrator. He was actively involved in client relationship management with national clients including Punch Taverns, Enterprise Inns, Daniel Thwaites, Co-op Bank and BDO.

James is a graduate of the University of Manchester where he obtained a BA (Hons) in Marketing.

Diane has held numerous senior management roles within the financial sector. Most recently she headed up the team at a regional Nursery Group based in the North West.

Diane has joined Inglenook Inns & Taverns / Ignition Pub Management to head up the team at the office and assumes day to day control of the finances for both companies.

Simon has over 30 years experience in the licensed trade covering all aspects of the business including stock taking, auditing and area management.

Simon was senior auditor with the Devonshire Pub Co Ltd and played a key role in the merger/transition to Honeycomb Leisure Plc. Simon currently heads up day to day operations and controls for Inglenook Inns & Taverns / Ignition Pub Management.

Anne has held a series of senior management roles across a diverse cross-section of industries – including working in the European market.

Latterly Anne was responsible for sales and marketing at Individual Inns – spending 5 years implementing a strategic marketing campaign to drive turnover and profitability and maintain a multi-million pound turnover in one of our most challenging economic climates ever.

Anne spent 6 months as Managing Editor of a glossy lifestyle magazine which was distributed within the Wharfe Valley.

Anne has joined the core estate at Inglenook Inns & Taverns to provide supportive and strategic marketing and to ensure delivery of exceptional customer care, through well trained and considerate staff.
